Each enquiry is read and answered personally, by whichever method you prefer. If it is work we can help with, the next step is a visit to the property: we look at the rooms and surfaces, talk through what you have in mind and note anything that needs a closer look, such as damp, cracking or failing paint. We then send a written quotation that sets out the scope, preparation, products and number of coats, so that you can see exactly what is included. The quotation form is the simplest way to begin, and photographs are welcome but not essential.
